Refund & Cancellation Policy

Pahadi Pure maintains strict quality standards for all food and daily-use products. Refund and cancellation requests are therefore reviewed in accordance with the stage of the order, the nature of the product, and the issue reported by the customer.

Order Cancellation

A customer may request cancellation only before the order has been packed. Once an order has been packed, prepared, or dispatched, it shall not be eligible for cancellation or refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If any item is received in a spoiled, damaged, missing, or incorrect condition, the customer must notify Pahadi Pure within 30 minutes of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence along with the relevant order details. Claims reported after this period may not be accepted.

Refund Review

Where a claim is found to be valid after review, any approved refund will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the policies and processing timelines of the applicable payment provider or bank.

Non-Returnable Items

Perishable goods, opened items, used products, and hygiene-sensitive items are generally non-returnable and non-refundable, except where a verified quality issue or delivery error is attributable to Pahadi Pure.
